The Morgen Group was founded by entrepreneur, Robert Ray. Robert grew up a free thinker with big ideas, determined to be his own boss. His dream was to open a successful restaurant, but quickly discovered the boundaries of limited capital. Traditional financing was not an option open to him and he lacked the connections to consult with those who could back his idea. The knowledge that there were investors out there, eager to invest in restaurant concepts, was devastating to an entrepreneur unable to make their introduction.

Wouldn’t it make sense, Robert thought, to provide a straightforward, simple to navigate service designed to bridge the relationship between the two? Priced at a rate that every entrepreneur could afford?
