This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and MORGEN GROUP.

These Site Terms do not alter in any way the terms or conditions of any other agreement you may have with MORGEN GROUP or its affiliates for products, services or otherwise. MORGEN GROUP reserves the right to change or modify any of the terms and conditions contained in these Site Terms, or any policy or guideline of the Site, at any time and in its sole discretion. Unless otherwise specified, any changes or modifications will be effective immediately upon posting of the revisions on the Site, and your continued use of the Site will constitute your acceptance of such changes or modifications. We collect personal information when you register with MORGEN GROUP, when you use MORGEN GROUP products or services, when you visit MORGEN GROUP pages or the pages of certain MORGEN GROUP partners, and when you enter promotions or sweepstakes. REFUND POLICY
After the initial free trial promotional period of seven (7) calendar days if you do not contact us in writing at: accounts@themorgengroup.com. Your credit card WILL be charged $39.00 USD for entrepreneur memberships, and $99.00 USD for investor memberships, as a onetime membership fee. Our policy is there are no refunds after the initial free trial period as stated above. NO EXCEPTIONS.

FEE SERVICES PROVIDED
Your $39.00 USD membership fee for the Entrepreneur Level gives you full access to the Entrepreneur portion of the Morgen Group, LLC website, including the Forum, and Managing your Entrepreneur account. It does not include access to the Investor portion of Morgen Group Website.

Your $99.00 USD membership fee for the Investor Level gives you access to Entrepreneur provided information, including contact information provided by the entrepreneur, any business documents, images, or files the entrepreneur has chosen to make public. Your membership also provides you access to the Forum, and Managing your investor account.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

MEMBER DISPUTES
You are solely responsible for your interactions with other MORGEN GROUP Members. MORGEN GROUP reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor disputes between you and other Members.
